May Day!

Trevor May pitched for the Twins for six seasons before playing a pair with the Mets and a final season with the A’s. While with the Twins, he frequently streamed his video game playing and had some cool interactions with fans. I have followed him since his deejaying days when he went by “Mazer.”
In 2020, Topps Now put out a card of some baseball players who were into video games and Trevor was one of them. I mailed him a pair with a request he sign one and keep the other. He did and I received it today! It is card number TSPT-3 and he signed it in black Sharpie which looks great on this card!

McCusker

Carson McCusker hammered AAA pitching last year. So much that he was called up to the Twins. He did not fare quite as well with the Twins knocking out five hits, all singles, and one RBI. He ended up having a card in the 2025 Topps Update set and I was hoping to get it signed at Twinsfest. Shortly before Twinsfest it was announced that he was going to play next season in Japan. I figured the Topps card would end up waiting a few years to get signed. In January I received the latest address list and in it, surprisingly, was Carson’s address so I took a shot and mailed him the card. Today, much to my excitement, it arrived! Signed perfectly in blue! Nice surprise to find in the mailbox!
