A while ago I saw where USA Sports Marketing was having a signing with Oneil Cruz. Having a hard to find debut ticket I decided to send it in to the signing along with a baseball. I sent it right away and a couple weeks after the signing was to take place, I reached out to Matt L (chickenlittle on SCN) who I set up a request with on SCN and found out the signing had occurred and everyone got their items back. I panicked! With the help of a buddy at the Post Office, I obtained a signature showing proof of delivery (thankfully I sent it with signature confirmation) and sent an email to Matt. Matt was out of the country but gave me a person to work with at USASM, Connor. Conner found my package and said the ticket will be signed the next time they see Oneil (sometime in mid August) and sent me a beautifully signed baseball that I received today. I look forward to getting the ticket signed in a few weeks!
Oh Balls!
Wow! If you have read my postings over the last few years, you have seen Chris L (ChrisL999 on SCN) pop up often. Chris gets autographs for me (and himself and others) as a fun hobby. Chris is great at picking out the next crop of superstars and he gets them to sign baseballs for me. Today I received a package of those baseballs that included:

When Willians Astudillo was with the Twins, he was a true fan favorite. Most casual fans loved him. Today I got a 2019 Topps Heritage #120 signed from Chad L (TheChad on SCN). He had gotten an extra signed and offered it up on SCN and I grabbed it!
Mauer Power
Scott S (SI King) hit the Lake Tahoe Celebrity Golf Tournament and offered Joe Mauer as a person he would try to obtain autographs of for those who sent in items. He always does a first come, first served so I sent my items in right away and was the first ones done. I mailed four cards:

For a little sneak peak I will let you know that I sent in five items to a signing event in Cooperstown during the Hall of Fame induction weekend that I should get within the next week or two. THOSE are going to be awesome!
