Recently I sent a number of requests out to MLB General Managers and Front Office people requesting a pair of signed business cards. Today I received three additions to my collection. They were:
2 Jon Daniels (Rangers President)
2 Jerry Reinsdorf (White Sox (and Bulls) Owner)
and instead of a Mike Rizzo (Nationals GM) business card, I received a signed 2012 Topps GM card from the Update Series!

Slam Duncan
Today I received a baseball signed by Dave Duncan. I had sent him a baseball after watching the Tom Verducci interview on the MLB TV Channel. He had some impressive players he coached and made more successful!
Shantz
Today I received a magazine that was a long time in the making. A few years ago I found a beautiful February 1953 Sport magazine with Bobby Shantz on the cover and mailed it to him. When I received it a few days later, the box was opened and the magazine was missing. It was a weak tape job but that goes along with sending things out. My buddy Tony assisted in trying to track it down via the USPS but we did not have any luck. Fast forward to today. I recently found another magazine in similar shape as the previous one and decided to resend and this time include packing tape on the box. Today I received it back signed beautifully along with a nice note about my donation going to the Salvation Army and Bobby included a photo of his own. I am happy to finally add this magazine to my collection!
Goltz
Today I received a 4″x5.5″ black and white team photo of Dave Goltz signed in blue sharpie. Dave was a 20 game winner back in the day and did a great job signing and returning my item in six days!
