A Four Pack of Debuts

Today I received four tickets I purchased that were already signed and inscribed from some Padre debuts. I saw a post by Josh H on Booger’s Stubs Facebook group where he offered these, and others, for sale. The tickets I added are:
Travis Jankowski w/”MLB Debut”
Rymer Liriano w/”MLB debuts”
Kyle Lloyd w/”MLB Debut”
Jordan Luplow w/”Debut”
They are all in great shape and signed perfectly! Thanks Josh!

Good Golly Mr Molly!

Today I received a package from Hall of Famer Paul Molitor. I saw he was signing via his home address so I sent a ticket from his managerial debut and a baseball. I asked, and paid for, HOF 04 on the baseball and got it. I asked for, and paid for, Managerial Debut on the ticket but got HOF 04. I cannot complain though. They are real nice autographs and look great!

A Winning HR!

Today I received a nice surprise! A while ago I had mailed a full ticket from Game 3 of the 1987 ALCS to Pat Sheridan as I saw he was signing via his office. I never heard back. I had one ticket left and saw that The Athlete Connection was having Pat as a signer at an upcoming show. I quickly put together the package to mail my remaining ticket in with a Sharpie and the fee and asked for Pat to inscribe it with “Game Winning HR”. Then the Coronavirus hit. The show was cancelled but they still got together with Pat for a private signing event and got my ticket signed. I did not realize they were going to have a signing with him. I figured I would just wait to have him at the rescheduled show and get it signed then.
Game 3 was the only game the Tigers won in the 1987 ALCS. I remember I was working as a land surveyor (my summer job in high school and college) and we had the truck stationed near us with the windows down and the radio playing the game. I remember sneaking back to the truck as often as I could to get a full game update. Sheridan hit the game winner off Jeff Reardon. I remember that day like it was yesterday.
