I have a few George Brett Sports Illustrated magazines that need to be signed but his cost has increased substantially over the last few years. Tom O (orr23mj on SCN) posted a rare signing with George (I think he is down to one signing a year), so I sent in one of the SI’s I have signed by Mike Schmidt already. It came back today signed beautifully. I have a few more but will try to stagger them so my checkbook isn’t so hot with each signing!

Bob Hamelin Part 2
After my first Hamelin Baseball Digest was smeared, Josh M (ridiculousxdream on SCN) was able to get a replacement for me. It arrived today and looks much better than the first one!
The Chemist
Jose Canseco was the first 40/40 player in MLB history. He was also the person who exposed the steroid scandal and was one of the top users of PEDs. Carlos Lopez of the Coliseum Kingz had a signing with him and I sent in three Baseball Digest magazines. I received them all back today signed in blue Sharpie as requested!
Tek!
Back in 2015, I sent in my 11.08.2004 Time Magazine to Doug K to have Keith Foulke sign it. It is a classic cover that features Jason Varitek leaping into Foulke’s arms to celebrate the final out of the 2004 World Series. Foulke signed it beautifully and I waited until Varitek was signing at a reasonable cost to complete it. When I saw Red Seat Collectibles was having Tek in for a signing, I sent in the magazine to have it completed. It arrived today! It was signed exactly how I requested it to be! Red Seat did a great job and I can now call this issue completed!
I also received my second envelope from Mike E which contained a 2023 Topps #56 Jermaine Palacios and an upgrade (not much of one as Kyle’s autograph is not great to begin with) to my 2021 Topps Heritage #668 Kyle Garlick card.
All in all a great mail day!
