A Couple Hall of Famers

Today I received a pair of signed items and both were from Hall of Famers.  The first was my HOF Postcard I sent to Bud Selig.  It game back all bubbled.  Pretty disappointing.  I guess I did not prep it well enough.
The second package made up for it though.  I had sent four cards I needed signed by Rod Carew for my Twins card sets to David G (FinFan1972 on SCN) who attended a signing he was at.  The cards David got signed for me are:
2016 Topps Now 248
2016 Gypsy Queen 328
2017 Allen & Ginter 79
2017 Gypsy Queen 315
I now have all Carew Twins cards made by Topps, Gypsy Queen, Allen & Ginter, and Topps Now.

What a (Post)Card!

Today I received a couple packages of signed goodies.  The first was a package from Scott N (2hotty on SCN).  Scott was selling a lot of signed postcards for a decent price so I jumped on it.  The postcards are:
2 @ Harmon Killebrew Twins Team Postcards
2 @ Lou Boudreau HOF Postcards
Robin Roberts HOF Postcard
AB Chandler HOF Postcard
Earl Averill JD McCarthy Postcard

The other package was from Chad L (TheChad on SCN) who got a pair of Johan Pino ML Debut tickets signed for me.  Johan signed both with ML Debut.  Thanks Chad!

Sir Rodney Part II

Today I received the second package from Isaias F (franco858 on SCN) and he did not disappoint!  This package contained the remaining items I had sent in for his private signing with Rod Carew:
3 2015 Gypsy Queen cards (one for me and each of the kids)
2 Hall of Fame Postcards
1967 Topps Rookie card!  My last Rod Carew card I needed to complete the run of Carew Topps Twins cards!
Petersen’s ’78 Pro Baseball magazine
Street & Smith’s Official 1978 Baseball Yearbook
04.10.1978 Sports Illustrated
I am pleased with how everything turned out.  Thanks Franco! You did a great job!
