Today I received a pair of packages I mailed out for the fun of it. It was a nice mail day. The first was a Hall of Fame postcard of Mike Mussina. Mike does not disappoint as long as you send a nominal fee. The other was an 8×10 photo from Don Larsen of the first pitch of his 1956 World Series Perfect Game. He signed it “1956 WS PG 10-8-56”. I normally do not collect photos but this was a cool picture of a cool moment in baseball history.

Feeling Chipper
Today we returned from our vacation and in the pile of mail was a couple Hall of Fame postcards signed by Chipper Jones. Isaias F (franco on SCN) had a private signing with Chipper and I wanted a postcard signed. I told my pal Jim W about it and he wanted one too so I sent in a pair. They look great. Thanks for your efforts Franco!
Raine(s) It In!
Today I received a signed Hall of Fame plaque postcard signed by Tim Raines. I bought it as one of Tom O’s (orr23mj on SCN) Black Friday deals.
The Kid, The Hawk, and The Killer
Today I received a pair of packages of some autographed items I bought.
The first was a Ken Griffey Jr autographed Hall of Fame plaque postcard from Mill Creek Sports. I thought it was at a price point I could not pass up. It was Tristar and Beckett authenticated.
The other package was from Jonathan M (dabulls on SCN) which had a Killebrew Root Beer promotional photo signed by Harmon Killebrew and the other was a 07.20.1987 Sports Illustrated magazine signed by Andre Dawson and was MLB authenticated.
All in all it was a pretty cool day of mail to pick up three Hall of Famer autographs!
