I saw a posting on Facebook that stated Louie Varland was signing at the Maplewood Mall here in the Twin Cities. It was a free event. I got up to go and Amy asked what I was doing and told her and she wanted to come along so we headed out. I got a baseball signed and Amy got a 2023 Topps and a 2023 Topps Heritage card signed for me. Louie was awesome. He was so friendly and personable. He said he is already excited for next season! It was a very pleasurable experience for us!

Eddie!
FanHQ is a memorabilia/sports apparel shop here in the Twin Cities. They recently had Edouard Julien in for an autograph signing event. Since it is on the other side of the Twin Cities and kind of a long drive, especially with rush hour traffic, for me, I sent in my items to be signed and they did not disappoint! I sent in a baseball as well as a pair of debut tickets. The tickets were signed perfectly with MLB Debut in silver paint pen and the baseball signed perfectly in blue ink on the sweetspot. Shaun and his crew always do a great job on their signings!
Ohhhh Boy! What a Box!
Wow! What can I saw about the box I received today? Holy smokes? That does not give it justice!
My buddy Chris L (ChrisL999 on SCN) has long been one of my go to guys for autographs. I usually send him a dozen balls and let him get who he thinks are prospects, etc. This year I sent him the balls but also some cards and tickets. He came through big time for me!
The baseballs he got signed for me are:
Cade Cavalli
Jacob Young
Alan Roden
Ezequiel Tovar
Jake Bennett
Dylan Crews
Owen Murphy
Jackson Holliday
Yohandy Morales
Jake Alu
Anthony Solometo
Michael Toglia
You read that right! The TOP TWO PROSPECTS IN ALL OF BASEBALL!!!! Wow!
If that was not enough, he got Mackenzie Gore to sign his debut ticket as well as Luis Arraez sign four cards I needed for my Topps Project!
Chris is the MAN! He, and I, are already excited for next season! Thanks pal!
Nice Organ!
I finally did something today I meant to do for a while. I got Sue Nelson’s autograph on a baseball. Sue is the Twins organist. I visited her many times over the years but never got her autograph on a ball. Before the Twins game today I went up to the area her organ is located at and saw my buddy Ron getting her autograph as well. I brought her some Target Field cards so she could hand them out to kids since the Twins do not have a card of her own or anything like that. She seemed very pleased. She then signed my baseball with Twins Organist. It looks great. She is great. It was a fun time.
