Adventures in Autograph Collecting
Today I received a pair of items. The first was a Time Magazine signed by Keith Foulke that I sent into a signing with Doug Keating of CardboardPromotions.com. He had Keith sign it perfectly.
My other item was a 2015 Topps Chris Parmelee card signed perfectly in blue. I got this card from Kevin H (justcrazy on SCN).
All in all a real nice day of mail!
Today I received the remaining magazine from Tom O’s (orr23mj on SCN) private signing with Pete Rose. It is the 08.19.1985 issue of Time magazine. It is signed in blue and looks great! Thanks again Tom!
While on a short get away vacation with the family this weekend, I received a package on Friday which contained four Pete Rose magazines. I sent these magazines, plus one other, to Tom Orr for a signing a while ago. The signing was rescheduled a couple times but Tom’s persistence got it done! The magazines I received were all signed beautifully and were:

Home Run, 1969
Dell All Star Sports, May, 1974
Sport, June, 1974
I found one other one after I mailed these to him and sent them separately. That one should be coming soon. As always, Tom does a great job!
Today I received a pair of ESPN magazines I sent to Darrell H (thehalk on SCN) for his private signing with Jacque Jones. I already have the magazine signed by all four players on the cover but it is one of my favorite covers and thought it would look cool in blue Sharpie (my other one is black) so I sent him a pair. They look awesome. Jacque has a pretty cool autograph.
