In continuing to receive Baseball Digest magazines, today’s mail brought Dave Kingman’s July, 1978 issue. Dave signed this issue in blue Sharpie. I am sure lucky that each one I received so far has been in the desired blue Sharpie. I guess my donation helps the player take notice and sign as requested!
Potatoes O’Brien
Pete O’Brien signed and returned the May, 1987 Baseball Digest issue I sent him. He signed it in blue Sharpie and it looks great!
Turn The Key
I received my November, 1994 Baseball Digest signed by Jimmy Key today. I mailed it out a couple weeks ago and he signed it in perfect blue Sharpie!
A Reds Hurler
Today I received a cool Baseball Digest from October, 1972 signed by Gary Nolan. Nolan was a great pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds and is featured on the cover. Gary included “72 All Star” and “Red HOF 1983”. Another cool Baseball Digest for the collection!
