I connected with Mike E a few years ago. Mike lives in Iowa and hooks me up with St Paul Saints players when they are in town as well as Cedar Rapids Twins minor league players. Today’s package arrived with three baseballs and a card.

A Season Ticket Holder Event!
The last couple seasons, from June through September, the Twins have had an event for season ticket holders where a pair of players sign autographs. Today was the June session and it featured Andrew Morris and Kody Clemens. Amy and I got down to Target Field just as it started. When we got to Morris, Amy mentioned how cool it was how his mom and dad reacted to his Major League Debut. He smiled and commented how cool that video was. For Kody, Amy commented how his HR in the first last night helped her with Pick 3. He smiled and seemed to appreciate the comment.

I got the Clemens ball and one of each of the Topps Now cards signed for my brother.

Today I received the first of probably three dozen baseballs that my buddy in the Washington, DC area will get signed for me over the season. It was a wide variety including team executives as well as rookies and current MLB stars. My buddy Chris L (CHRISL99 on SCN) has taken great care of me and my autograph wants for a handful of years now. Last summer I was able to meet up with him and his wife and we all attended a Nationals game together. That was fun! Chris also got me a few Twins cards signed when they were in DC. The total package included:

Today’s mail brought in the final 1986 Expos Provigo card I sent out. Andre Dawson signed his card in perfect blue Sharpie. The Hawk has an awesome signature too!
