I came across a post where Mike F of GOAT Sports Collectibles was selling a few magazines. I had most but a pair that really caught my eye that I needed was a pair of Sports Illustrated. One with Cal Ripken and one with Alex Rodriguez. I had the Cal Ripken issue but the CANADA version. I got that one signed years ago when Cal was doing a signing in the Twin Cities. This was the United States version from 12.18.1995. The A-Rod issue was from 07.08.1996. Both are authenticated by JSA.

Three’s A Charm!
Today’s mail brought three packages! The first was a baseball signed by Jacob Misiorowski that Alan M (alanmoore on SCN) got done during a private signing. I am waiting on a debut ticket in another package!
The next package contained 2021 Gypsy Queen Byron Buxton card which I bought form Wesley George.
And finally I received my Michael Busch ticket signed with MLB Debut. Donnie D (Macey225 on SCN) got it signed at a show in Chicago a couple weeks ago.
A nice mail day for sure!
A Load of Twins!
I stumbled upon a post of cards for sale on Facebook that Wesley George posted. Before looking further, I looked into him on SCN and there was a post that he is a legit seller. I then dug into the cards and found they are identical to a number of in person autographs I received for these players so I made a list. Today I received the third of three packages I bought from him. I could not be happier!
The cards I received are:

Pablo Lopez – 2024 Topps #155
Jorge Alcala – 2024 Topps #US4
Ryan Jeffers – 2025 Topps #339
Trevor Larnach – 2024 Topps Heritage #455

That’s The Ticket(s)!
I received my first package of tickets from Ben W last week or so. Today the last package came… All the way from London! In it were the following tickets:
Lyman Bostock Cycle 07.24.1976 (unsigned)
Rob Manfred ticket from 04.05.2015 @ Cubs with “1st Game as Commissioner”
Lou Piniella ticket from his managerial debut 04.08.1986 @ Yankees (unsigned)
A pair of Pat Gillick tickets from 04.07.1978 Blue Jays @ Tigers with “1st Game as GM” and “HOF 2011”
Emmitt Ashford, the first black umpire, ticket from his first game on 1966 Opening Day at the Washington Senators. I hope to donate this ticket to the Negro League Museum soon.
Ben has a tremendous collection that he is selling pieces of. I am fortunate enough to have been able to acquire a VERY small part of it!
