Rich Rollins was a feared power hitter for the Twins in the 1960s. I found a 1964 Venezuelan baseball card of his and a Baseball Digest from 1962 and decided to send them to him to be signed. He returned both signed beautifully with the marker I sent today!

Garry
For some reason, I am really attracted to the Venezuelan baseball cards printed in the 1960s. I picked up a couple recently and sent them out to be signed. They are typically way more worn and printed on thinner stock but having a back of a card in Spanish or a different background is cool to me. Today’s mail brought a 1964 Venezuelan Garry Roggenburk card that he signed in thin black Sharpie. Cool oddball card for the collection!
Blass-toff!
About a month ago, I received a Steve Blass Story Ball on Roberto Clemente’s 3000th hit but he forgot to sign it. I mailed it back with a nice thank you note and another donation and received it back signed today. It is a cool baseball about a memorable moment of one of baseball’s greats!
A Giusti Of Wind
Today’s mail brought me a baseball signed by Dave Giusti. Dave witnessed Roberto Clemente’s 3000th hit and I asked him to write about it on the ball. Dave only signed his name but his wife included a note that said he has a hard time signing things as he had a number of hand injuries over the years while playing sports. I am grateful he signed and returned my baseball.
