Today I received three items I had sent in to Tom Orr’s private signing with Sammy Sosa. They turned out amazing! I got a baseball done as well as two Sports Illustrated magazines. In fact, one SI, the Sportsmen of the Year issue from December 21, 1998 went through Tom years ago for Mark McGwire. It is now complete with both cover guys signing it. The other SI I got signed was from August 25, 2003. I had all three come with Beckett Witness certification. They look awesome! Thanks Tom!

Today I received a magazine that was a long time in the making. A few years ago I found a beautiful February 1953 Sport magazine with Bobby Shantz on the cover and mailed it to him. When I received it a few days later, the box was opened and the magazine was missing. It was a weak tape job but that goes along with sending things out. My buddy Tony assisted in trying to track it down via the USPS but we did not have any luck. Fast forward to today. I recently found another magazine in similar shape as the previous one and decided to resend and this time include packing tape on the box. Today I received it back signed beautifully along with a nice note about my donation going to the Salvation Army and Bobby included a photo of his own. I am happy to finally add this magazine to my collection!
Prospects!
Today I received a package of baseballs and a card from Chris L (ChrisL999 on SCN). Chris has a keen eye for future talent and likes to get baseballs signed by prospects for me. This was a great package because it also included a 2018 Topps Heritage Brian Dozier card! The baseballs are:

Today I received a 4″x5.5″ black and white team photo of Dave Goltz signed in blue sharpie. Dave was a 20 game winner back in the day and did a great job signing and returning my item in six days!
