Today I received a baseball back I sent to Bud Selig. \u00a0I waited until he was for sure going to retire because I wanted it to be signed with his tenure as commissioner. \u00a0Well, I sent a ball with the request of having his years as well as some of the things he was proud of written on the ball and I got back a ball with just his name. \u00a0Since he has been out of the office travelling around doing baseball things, most recently getting a museum named after him in San Diego, I am guessing that this was a pre-signed baseball that was swapped out for mine and he never saw my letter. \u00a0Oh well. \u00a0Maybe I will try again down the road.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
