Today I received a 1981 Topps card signed by John Fulgham. It is not what I wanted. I sent a ticket to John from his Major League debut game along with the $5 he requires per autograph and a new Sharpie paying the extra in postage, etc. He kept my ticket and sent me the card. I am pretty disappointed since he has a fee for his autograph.
