{"id":193,"date":"2012-08-06T20:15:51","date_gmt":"2012-08-07T01:15:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.kemmetmueller.com\/?p=193"},"modified":"2012-08-06T20:15:51","modified_gmt":"2012-08-07T01:15:51","slug":"pass-the-buck","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.kemmetmueller.com\/?p=193","title":{"rendered":"Pass The Buck!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I love getting the mail on Mondays. \u00a0It usually yields a package or two and today was no different. \u00a0While I did not receive exactly what I was after, at least both people were kind enough to sign the baseballs and return them.<\/p>\n<p>The first package I opened was a baseball signed by Rich Rollins. \u00a0A friend of mine is working on getting me a ticket to the 1962 Twins game when the Twins hit two grand slams in the same inning. \u00a0I started looking into that event and found that everyone involved \u00a0has passed away except for Rich Rollins who scored in both slams. \u00a0I sent a Story Ball request to him asking what he remembered. \u00a0It was neat to read his memories about it.<\/p>\n<p>The second package was a request I sent to Joe Buck a while ago asking for his 2004 call of the final out of the first Red Sox World Championship. \u00a0Unfortunately, he just signed his name. \u00a0Kinda missed the purpose of me sending it (for his call).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love getting the mail on Mondays. \u00a0It usually yields a package or two and today was no different. \u00a0While I did not receive exactly what I was after, at least both people were kind enough to sign the baseballs and return them.
