Today I received a special issue Sports Illustrated that celebrated Fenway Park’s 100 years. \u00a0SI issued two versions; one with an old black and white photo from 1965 and a newer colored photo. \u00a0I sent the black and white one to Bobby Doerr a month or so ago along with $5 and got it back with the autograph all bubbled due to the glossy cover. \u00a0I had even included a Staedtler to use. \u00a0I removed the autograph and resent it with a note to please use the marker provided and another $5. \u00a0It looks much better this time around. \u00a0He included his HOF 86 on it as well.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
