Today I received the first of a pair of packages that Isaias F (franco858 on SCN) sent me that has the items I got signed via his private signing with Rod Carew. Rod is not doing too well these days health-wise and was very limited for signing at Twinsfest this past January so when I heard Franco was having a signing with him, I sent all the magazines and items I had for him to get signed.

\nSports All Stars 1976 Baseball
\nOct 1977 Sport
\nSpring 1978 Baseball Quarterly
\nSummer 1978 Sports Hall of Fame Baseball
\nAug 1979 Sport
\nThese all turned out awesome. One of my favorite magazines is the Basbeall Quarterly. I remember my mom buying this magazine for me when I was eight years old and I read it so many times I wore it out. Somewhere along the lines it got tossed. I found a mint one on eBay for this signing.
\nI am very pleased with how everything turned out. I cannot wait to get my other package within the next couple days.
